As a farm girl, Kirby, knows no other way than hard work. Her work in the agriculture business has landed her in a male dominated field where she has proven how valuable a female perspective is. Kirby and her husband have three beautiful daughters. She shares her journey of parenting her sweet Charlie girl, who was born with many unique challenges that the entire family have embraced, through lots of love and the care she needs.
